salam everyone.nice day isn't it?well,sorry for not updating this blog for quite some time.

healthy life. what's that supposed to do with this new thread? well, a few days ago i visited my friend's father & brother at the General Hospital of Kuantan. they're both warded because of dengue fever (son) & multi-health problem (father). i'm quite shocked when i was informed that most of the family (my friend's family) has been affected with dengue fever (except 4 of them), starting from the mother, the youngest brother & the elder brother. may Allah heal them & forgive their sins, amin.

Dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are acute febrile diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, which occur in the tropics, can be life-threatening, and are caused by four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae.

Dengue is transmitted to humans by the Aedes (Stegomyia) aegypti or more rarely the Aedes albopictus mosquito. The mosquitoes that spread dengue usually bite at dusk and dawn but may bite at any time during the day, especially indoors, in shady areas, or when the weather is cloudy.

see everyone? dengue fever is SO DANGEROUS. it could KILL you if you just ignore it. if you're having continuous fever, body aching, etc... please seek treatments from the hospital IMMEDIATELY. early detection could save your life.

see the picture above?hehe. it's a program that i joined, it's called "World Walking Day" .

The World Walking Day is an event to celebrate that simple form of motion we do everyday. Walking burns calories, tones muscles, shapes your body and helps de-stress your mind.

i'm sweating you know! it took about 2-3 km of walking distance (30-45 minutes). even though it's a short distance, but due to lack of exercising... it's quite tiring (^^) later, we enjoy foods & drinks provided by Nestle (e.g: Milo, Nescafe, Maggi, Cereal...thanks Nestle!).

a goodie back full of nestle's product!there's a lot of Milo Fuze, Maggi Secukup Rasa & Nescafe Teh Tarik. it's the prize from joining fun games- you need to be in group & walk based on instruction given by the committees (i've to do the cat walk!). they also have lucky draw sessions which the grand prize was a NOKIA HANDPHONE worth RM 600 (courtesy from DIGI)!

it's hot & i decided to go home with a smiling face.what a great day..alhamdulillah (^^)
